Reports Tutorial

Request Service and Status Reports

You may create two types of reports:

  • Service: Subscribe to receive weekly or monthly service reports or request a one-time report.
  • Status: Receive daily status updates in email for your active shipments.
  1. Click View Subscriptions in either section to view/edit reports you've set up previously. Click Create Subscriptions to set up a new report.
  2. Click View Online in the Status Reports section to track your shipment(s) using a reference number or a location.

Create Service Reports

Step 1

  1. After you click Create Subscriptions, the Create Service Report Subscription page appears.
  2. Choose to create a report for:
    • One location (default location set in your profile).
      Tip: Click Choose location to select a different default location for your report.
      or
    • All locations.
  3. You must select a carrier when you request a report for all locations.
  4. Select a report type.
    Note: The report options will vary depending on the location option you've chosen. If you do not see the report you need, change your location selection, then check the list again.
  5. Click Go to step 2 to complete the setup process.

Step 2

  1. Choose a shipment type. This may be chosen for you as pictured, or there may be more options available.
  2. Choose the charges you want to see in the report. These also may be chosen for you.
  3. Indicate how often you want the report emailed.
    Notes:
    • Monthly reports are emailed no later than the 10th of the month.
    • Weekly and one-time reports are emailed no later than Monday of the next week.
    • One-time reports are available for 13 months in the past—you must indicate a date range for this type of report.
  4. Enter the email address to which you want the report sent. Click Add More Email Addresses to email the report to more recipients.
  5. Click Create Subscriptions to complete the service report setup.

Report Confirmation

The confirmation page shows you:

  • the type of report you requested,
  • the location chosen for the report
  • and the email address to which the report is being sent.

Click View Subscriptions to see the Service subscriptions you have set up.

View Service Reports Subscriptions

  1. After you have selected the report you want, click Edit to change your subscription or Delete to unsubscribe.
  2. Click a radio button in the first column next to the report you want to change to select it.
  3. When you are finished, click Create New Subscription to return to Service Report setup step 1.

Create Status Reports

Report Setup
  1. After you click Create Subscriptions, the Create Service Report Subscription page appears.
  2. Check the location; click Choose location to select a different default location for your report.
  3. Select the status type you want to see in your report.
  4. Select the shipment type you want to see in your report.
  5. Choose the time you want to receive the report.
  6. Enter the email address(es) to which the report should be sent.
    Tip: Click Add more email addresses to send the report to more than one recipient.
  7. Select a file format.
  8. Click Create Subscription to complete the setup process.
Report Confirmation

The confirmation page shows you:

  • The information you requested for the report.
    Note: You will receive your first email report within one business day.
  • The location chosen for the report is listed.
  • The email address to which the report is being sent also is shown.

Click View Subscriptions to see the Status subscriptions you have set up.

View Status Reports Subscriptions

  1. After you have selected the report you want, click Edit to change your subscription or Delete to unsubscribe.
  2. Click a radio button in the first column next to the report you want to change to select it.
  3. When you are finished, click Create New Subscription to return to Service Report setup step 1.
