  • Before 9 a.m.: 40 percent fee; $100 minimum up-charge
  • Before noon: 30 percent fee; $65 minimum up-charge
  • Before 3:30 p.m.: 20 percent fee; $35 minimum up-charge

You select a specific hour or range of hours for delivery.
Choose from:

  • Single-hour window: 45 percent fee; $150 minimum up-charge
  • Multi-hour window: 45 percent fee; $150 minimum up-charge
Single-day or Multiday WindowTM
